Bio: Fitz is a will-o-the-wisp in a customized suit of armor. He immigrated from Ireland to America in 1859 and got his suit in 1860 where reading “Origin of The Species” sparked his love of biology. His super nerdy passion for studying and preserving monsters and his indestructible body makes him perfect for his job though not so much for interacting with people.

Bio: Marx’s childhood days of playing knights and his dream of protecting people, like his father who was an officer, lead him to try to apply for the FBI but failing multiple times. One day while on vacation a fellow camper gets murdered and in trying to find the killer instead finds Fitzwilliam. His down to earth nature and practical mind help in his job to still protect innocent people while also keeping an eye on his new partner Fitz.
Donna Dale

Bio: As a child Donna hated stories of damsels in distress and waiting for their knight to rescue them, so she decided she would be her own rescuer. As a teen she was very protective of her twin brother Roger from bullies. When young people in their town start mysteriously disappearing she and her twin hatch a plan to find out what was going on and find out an organization called the Covenant were using them in fatal rituals. When things go awry for them Fitzwilliam rescued the twins and offered them the chance to work for the Hailstrom Agency. Donna has been trained by Commander Medicini for years and is skilled in hand to hand combat, strategy, diplomacy, socio-political studies, and sneak attacks. Her calm demeanor and quick whit make her a worthy opponent and reliable leader.
Roger Dale

Bio: Roger always dreamed of traveling to exciting places ever since he was a child. He wanted to meet new people and longed for a more glamorous lifestyle where he can be himself. As a teen he was always protected by her twin sister Donna from bullies. When young people in their town start mysteriously disappearing they hatch a plan to find out what was going on. He gathered information by flirting with a minion of the group. They find out an organization called the Covenant were using them in fatal rituals. When things go awry for them Fitzwilliam rescued the twins and offered them the chance to work for the Hailstrom Agency. Roger trained to use his whits and charm to get information from their enemies. On the side enjoys his time living the life he always wanted and having casual open relationships with other agents and monsters from around the world. His intelligence, seductive nature, and love of life makes him an enjoyable man to be around but also rather stealthy.

Bio: Raven grew up in a small town in northwest America where her oncoming telepathic abilities made her fascinated with neurology, sociology, and psychology. She liked people watching as a young child and often studied human interaction. One day for some unknown reason she left her hometown and ran away as a young adult. For a year she traveled place to place working odd jobs to make due. Then while she was working at a diner she met Speils who recognized her abilities and got her to join the Hailstrom Agency. She has since earned her masters in neurology and psychology and helps wipe memories from humans who get caught up in their missions and help agents deal with trauma and adjusting to life with monsters. From a distance she can read people’s surface thoughts but when she touches them she can delve deeper into their minds, seeing their memories, their fears, desires, and even sometimes their subconscious. The only person whose mind she can not read is Fitzwilliam’s because he is technically a spirit and does not have a physical brain. She is calm, thoughtful, and a very understanding individual, though she will use her abilities to psychologically surprise or hurt someone when absolutely necessary.
Wendy Medianoche aka Whiskey Wendy

Bio: Being raised from a strange blended family that was always on the move, Wendy’s first education was street smarts. Early in life she admired vintage burlesque dancers and sassy women of 1940’s black and white films. It wasn’t until she was a teen that she was found by the Hailstrom Agency and decided to work as an agent with them. Her sharp shooting earned her the nickname “Whiskey Wendy”, because it only takes her one shot to take someone down. Her side gig she is a burlesque dancer by the stagename “Red Velvet”. Despite being a unique hybrid, she has shown no signs of having superpowers and looks very human.
Commander Flora Medicini

Bio: Flora is an Italian American woman who’s intelligence, strength, determination, and years of experience with monster/human relations has earned her the head of the agency and first in command. Because of her cultural upbringing when she tells someone to do something she expects them to do it. She takes no sass from anyone and has been known to dislocate arms and legs when necessary. Her knowledge of human and non-human anatomy has made her an even deadlier opponent. Several accounts of her amazing speed and strength have given her many names over the years from allies and foes, including, “the one woman army” and “God’s bullet”.
Sergent Bret Bertsky Medicini

Profession: Sergent of the Hailstrom Agency

Bio: Bret is an intimidating man with his muscular scarred body and silent composure. His dedication to health and fitness comes from his early years where his family owned and operated a gym leading him to medical studies at university. He met Flora Medicini at the Hailstrom Agency and slowly but surely the two fell in love. When they got married he took her last name because he felt he didn’t own her and Medicini was better sounding than “Bertsky”.
Speils aka Ryan Speils

Profession: Psychic and Medical Specialist

Bio: Speils grew up with heightened scenes and a connection to the spirit world like no other. He bonded with his spiritual brother and small horse, Spooky Boo (who has since passed away) in high school. As a teen he was part of the mystery solving gang, “Spooky Boo and the Clue Crew”. Through their crime solving they met Fitzwilliam and Speils joined the agency. Though Speils way of describing paranormal occurrences is a bit goofy, his instincts are always on point and has been invaluable to the agency. He is laid back, caring, and always preparing an herbal tea for any and all occasions.
Kent McCarthy

Bio: Kent was always one for getting into scraps from an early age, but that changed when he met Speils in their teens. They became unlikely friends as he joined The Clue Crew, running around to solve mysteries. It was through that they met Fitz and joined the Hailstrom Agency. Since then, he as been physically through the ringer and even tortured by hunters for a time. Though they gave him plenty of scars, they could not break his spirit and casual demeanor.
Trevor Ryans

Bio: Trevor always tinkered with broken objects around his home and loved making one thing into another or even making one thing into two. Learning how to fix things from his father, who was a repair man for the traveling carnival. He once made a toaster that also acted as a radio (given that the toast popped out just right). After years of working for the Hailstrom Agency he decided to retire and took a job as a bus driver. He found his new life to be boring when one day he met aspiring robotisit Gem Damescez. The two became fast friends and spent their bus rides talking about computer science and mechanics. But then after an attack from a giant mutated monster threatens him and his passengers he had to swing back into action. Shortly afterward the agency asked for him to come back and he agreed on one condition, that they also recruit Gem to be his lab partner. Trevor is a loud man with the mind of a mad scientist and the disposition of a bartender. His usual catchphrase is “why not?” when making something.

Bio: Growing up around her father’s car repair shop Gem was used to dealing with machines, but her love of code and programming came from watching a science documentary on robot arms. In school she joined a robot fighting club and though her talent with software showed through her weakness in hardware was well on display. Her life changed when she met her new bus driver, Trevor Ryans. A friendship blossomed from their shared love of computer science and mechanics. After an attack from a large mutated monster Trevor showed his true nature and revealed to be a retired Hailstrom agent. He agreed to return if they also recruited Gem as well. Gem has a love of innovation and to make things better than before. Her passion for robotics gets her a little over excited sometimes but overall she just wants to make the world a better place with the tools at her disposal.
Minu Rostami

Bio: Minu grew up around her mother’s floral nursery and fell in love with plant life and science around it. Her mother liked to say “A garden brings heaven to earth”. She is still in school for her degree and takes online courses while also helping out in the lab. The monsters in the lab are usually relaxed around her due to her kind nature and quirkiness.

Bio: Trisha always had an eye for historical pieces and mineral composition from when she was a teenager. But her awkwardness kept her at arm’s length with other people. It wasn’t until she discovered a magical sword being kept at a museum that she was recruited by the Hailstrom Agency, she readily accepted yearning to learn more about the secret world being kept from the public. She is clinical, intelligent, but blunt and sharp tongued at times, making her relations with her co-workers awkward sometimes. She loves board games and solving complicated puzzles restricted with rules. Her strategical thinking make her a worthy opponent for any player looking for a challenge.

She spends his time looking through the secret history of the world dealing with monsters, magic, and the paranormal. Bio: Mindy loved fairy tales from a very young age, which was why she was at first afraid of her new stepmother and stepsister. But they revealed themselves to be very loving and adored their new family. It was when she was a teenager that her stepsister gave her her first romantic novel “Shoreline Fantasy”. She instantly fell in love with the genre and inspired her goal to become a romance author. But because of social stigma she keeps her passions to herself and tries to improve her writing in secret. When she applied to become the agency’s secretary at first she was a little discombobulated by all the monsters and paranormal activity. But her kindness and well read mind helped her see past all the scary parts to find the good in her new co-workers and the monsters around them. Her closet co-worker is the personoid Janis. Her motto is “everyone deserves a happy ending”.

Bio: Janis was developed as a “Personoid”, a super computer whose programming was based off her developers combined neurological patterns. Her spunky attitude and Boston accent set people off at first, not to mention her love of giving everyone strange nicknames. But her efficiency and user friendly interface make her invaluable to the agency. Including her specialty in deleting any captured videos, images, and audio of the agency’s activies from the internet and digial archives.

Bio: Born in Japan near a cat cafe, Jingles grew up around people and fellow cats when she was captured and shipped off to America to be sold to hunters. Luckily she was rescued by the Hailstrom Agency, and revealed her powers. She can move objects whenever she shook her two bobtails, making a jingling sound in doing so. Hence her given name, Jingles. She has since then adopted the crew of the Hailstrom Agency as her ‘people’.
